Mandani Bay is a waterfront, 20 hectare (49 acres) mixed-use development on North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, Philippines. Two of its towers are already Ready for Occupancy (RFO) while four are still under construction. The development got its name from “Mandani”, an old name of  Mandaue City, and “Bay” from its obvious waterfront location. This project is developed by HTLand Inc., a joint venture by a Hong Kong-based real estate developer, Hongkong Land and Cebu-based real estate developer, Taft Properties. Taft Properties is the real estate arm of Vicsal Development Corporation, which also owns the Metro Retail Stores Group.
